What the hey...!

I'm at the coffeeshop. There's a guy who's wearing one of those "show my butt" pants standing in front of me. He's unbunkled his decorative belt and is spending several minutes taking it off and on to make sure it hangs right. Maybe I'm a bit old-fashioned, but shouldn't people be doing that in the bathroom?
