F is for fitness.

Diet: 60%. Moving towards more veggies, fruits; less carbs and proteins.
Workouts: 40%. Currently focusing on cardio.

Optimal weight for me: little less than 190 pounds. I'm aiming for less than 180 pounds by my next birthday. Or this year's end whichever I'm in the mood for.
