It's been a while since I posted a random blog. What do you think of this one?

Before I dash away--

Thanks to all who responded to my previous post. Will give a more detailed report of my special day in a bit. (I really will just after work, housework, working out, writing....)

Time's nearly 0700 PST. Prepping up for the first day of the assignment. Ack! Thankfully I felt just responsible enough yesterday to take care of the big stuff (i.e., pay bills, etc.) before celebrating my b-day. I even got a decent amount of sleep last night which is unusual when I start new assignments (thanks, G. and C.!)

I'm thirty-five years old. Sheesh. I'm...middle-aged. Yeah!

Quickie

Wow! Been a while since I posted and I'm on my way out the door. Wanted to share two pieces of good news:

Got a job! Start tomorrow. (Details to follow.)

Today's my b-day. Yeah! Forget the diet! Cheesecake Factory, here I come!
