Sunday
I drove down to San Diego and joined my parents, sibs, and aunt. R. was on-call and had to work up in the valley.

After a quickie breakfast, I, my father, my aunt, and one of my sisters spent the day at Sea World. Good time, though it was hot and sunny all day. I got burnt. Mom and my other sister stayed at the latter's place to take care of the baby and pets. We returned back around 1600 and had dinner at 1700. Feeling energetic, I drove home that evening.

Monday
Woke early. (Doctors and scientists state one should always try to get up at the same time consistently to avoid sleep probs.) R. was still up in the valley. I ate lunch and shopped for new clothes. When R. returned, we spent the rest of the hot afternoon indoors, only briefly going out to dinner.


Overall, a relaxing Memorial Day weekend.
